How to Determine Your Skill Level

Please correctly state your skill level and physical condition for any MOTOVENTURES® event. Our customers are grouped together by skill levels 1, 2, or 3. Our rides and routes are carefully selected to match each group’s riding ability for the best possible experience for everyone. The difference in training and routes for these groups is significant.

  • Level 1 is for beginners with absolutely no experience riding a motorcycle of any kind
  • Level 2 is for street, dirt, dual sport, adventure bike, any performance-oriented rider that wants to improve their skills
  • Level 3 is for experienced, advanced or above level riders who are still learning, honing their skills, or just looking for a new challenge or adventure.

Rain Policy

All MOTOVENTURES® events will take place, Rain or Shine, unless otherwise notified.

Minimum Age

We require that a child must be able to ride a bicycle without training wheels before we can train them to ride a motorcycle.

Crash Damage Repair Policy

When using one of our motorcycles, you are responsible for any damage you incur. For any parts you may damage that require replacing we will only charge you our cost plus 10%.

Late Arrivals (Please try really hard not to be late.)

If you arrive approx. 20 minutes late you must wait until our first break of the day. If you arrive more than one hour late you will miss important basics and we may not be able to accommodate you that day due to the disruption it causes others who showed up on time. Refunds will not be given due to late arrivals. You may reschedule your day.

Cancellations and Refunds (Notice by phone is required.)

If necessary, we always prefer to reschedule to another date instead of cancelling. Customer requested credit card payment refunds will be charged 5% to cover the credit card processing fees for both the original payment and the refund. Refunds for training, trials, and events: 48 hours or more notice is required to receive a refund. If notice is less than 48 hours, a $50 processing fee per person will be charged and the balance refunded or applied to your next event. If notified in less than 24-hours, a 50% fee per person will be charged and the balance refunded or applied to your next event.

Reservations and Gift Certificates

Advanced reservations are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable if not used within the year. Anyone who cannot make the reserved date and wants to reschedule must do so no later than 30 days of the reservation. After a year there will be no refunds. Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date. Original Gift Certificate required when making your reservation; no copies will be accepted.

Unsafe or Inappropriate Conduct

No refunds will be given for the termination of a participant for unsafe or inappropriate conduct. MOTOVENTURES® reserves the right to terminate the participation of a rider for unsafe or inappropriate conduct at any time and for any reason. Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or firearms are permitted on our site.
